About
Hello there, I'm Lacey, the principal Acupuncturist and owner of Calm & Restore Acupuncture.
For others who have watched me grow over my lifespan, they know that Acupuncture is what made the difference for me. First, it started with slowing beginning to heal the physical pain present pretty much head to toe with no explanation in my early twenties, then it further helped me get through the intensive mental strain the training to become an Acupuncturist took on my mind, and most recently was my guiding light through shocking personal emotional distress.
Without TCM Acupuncture, I would not be where I am and who I am today. I wouldn't change any part of the journey that led me here and I find peace in the safety it provides me knowing it will always be a part of me
